ISKCON Leadership & Management Course (ONSITE)

The ISKCON Leadership & Management Course is a comprehensive program that is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively lead and manage ISKCON organizations. The course is based on the principles and teachings of Bhagavad-gita and Srimad-Bhagavatam, and is designed to help participants develop their spiritual and leadership skills.
The course is divided into several modules that cover a range of topics, including:
- Leadership principles and practices, including the role of a leader in ISKCON, leadership styles, and the importance of ethics and integrity in leadership.
- Management skills, including budgeting, fundraising, and strategic planning.
- The role of ISKCON in society and the importance of building and maintaining relationships with the community.
- Personal development and spiritual growth, including the practice of Bhakti yoga, the cultivation of spiritual qualities, and the importance of self-reflection and self-improvement.
Throughout the course, participants will have the opportunity to engage in interactive discussions, group activities, and practical exercises that will help them apply the principles and teachings of Bhagavad-gita and Srimad-Bhagavatam to their own leadership and management practices. Additionally, the course will include guest lectures from experienced ISKCON leaders and managers who will share their insights and experiences.
The ISKCON Leadership & Management Course is open to all ISKCON devotees who are interested in developing their leadership and management skills, regardless of their current role or level of experience. Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion.
The course is designed to empower ISKCON leaders, managers and aspiring leaders with the knowledge and skills they need to effectively lead and manage ISKCON organizations. By participating in this course, individuals will be able to improve their leadership and management skills, enhance their spiritual growth and personal development, and contribute to the overall success of ISKCON.
